"Racism is as American as baseball"

At issue was whether Allen’s $20 billion lawsuit should have survived beyond the pleading stage by merely proving that, in Comcast’s decision to deny carriage of his Entertainment Studios’ channels, his race was a “motivating factor” or whether it was the sole cause, also known as “but for” in legalese. The ruling was viewed as having a potentially significant impact on future racial discrimination cases.

In other words, in order to prove racial discrimination, the plaintiff must acquire videographic evidence of the defendant making a verbal proclamation that the plaintiffs race was the single and sole reason for the defendants racism.

If said recording (and ONLY said recording) is not admitted as evidence at the onset of the trial, then the burden of proof for racial discrimination has not, nor shall it ever be, met.

Still doesn't mean that the plaintiff will win, but only that there will be a "trial".

So says ALL 9 members of the US Supreme Court.

ig working overtime. They both have private accounts now and dude is talking wreckless in his bio. Three irony of accusing other people of not making good decisions.
To make something this flagrant I'm this day and age, they just wanted the e-fame. Parents are probably well connected. Wouldn't mind knowing what becomes of them.
