Nah man. He was just loud and confident so it sounded like he was kicking knowledge.
A vet like Jeezy with a good core fan base isn't fighting a quiet storm. Period. It's not like he's out here fighting for relevance hopping on every trend. He's doing his own thing.
He also implied that Jeezy HAD to drop an album because his business wasn't right outside of music. That's a ridiculous assumption. Joe's been fake retired for like a year and he's acting like he's above music now. And he's acting like he knows about Jeezys financials.
You know he's wrong when Akademiks has him backpedaling when he's not the quickest thinker out there.

how guccis name holds more reverence and jeezy is looked at as more of a rapper
not saying jeezy is on sade level but no one says someone like sade is fighting a quiet storm
that was the mindset years ago but that’s mainly cause it was a different climate
now it’s easier to cater directly to a certain audience so saying someone isn’t relevant doesn’t hold the same weight anymore
