If your going for the nose, throw a kidney shot if you can and when he drops his guard knee him in the nose.

Muay Thai FTW, your ex-friend has it comin dude really does not respect you as a friend and thats way past the money issue.

But I don't encourage fighting, if your at that point where talking it out isn't an option, set an example of him.

Don't forget your whole body is a weapon, its bad that your "friend" stole and doesn't respect you, its really bad if he lays you out whilewearing your gear.
