This woman was just on ABC talking to Good Morning America and hasn't even contacted her children yet to say she's safe. Says she wants to see them in person and not talk over the phone. I know emotions run high but.... let your kids know you're okay. Sorry if I'm insensitive to the situation but that struck me as wild.

Lombardo said his department has spoken with Danley. He said authorities believe Paddock used Danley’s identification during his stay at the hotel. According to one media source, Danley is believed to be Australian and was described as a roommate of girlfriend of Paddock’s.

I thought about this but do check-in kiosks ask for IDs? I thought you usually have to provide a CC and/or some sort of confirmation number.

I assumed he had to go to the desk because that would be a scenario where he'd have to show ID with a CC.

However, the article does say he "used the identification during his stay" and not necessarily at check-in.
