Every step counts man. Think about it. Would it have been harder for this guy to shoot all those people if guns were harder to get?
Would it be harder for people to commit suicide?
Maybe those people would think to reach out for help if they didn't have such an easy way to end a life.
Guns exist and people die at their hands.

@ninjahood seriously consider the way the US is now and how our officials are elected and the money behind them
Koch bros and the NRA and others massively funded the GOP side
They are invested in them financially to support their agendas, those agendas include voter suppression, lax gun laws, and stopping immigration
The America you see today is run by coporate elites that play into the hands of white Americans and flyover states that feel alienated from the productive cities on the coasts
More gun sales is good news for the NRA and more donations to Trump and others
Murder is business for these people

Exactly. When I go to the ag supply store, they make you jump through hoops to buy certain bulk fertilizers that can be used in bomb making. I'm more than happy to jump through those hoops knowing it can prevent people from having easy access to bomb material.

His current thoughts aren't the target, I want to engage in dialog and I won't give up. That's the hard part of America right now also, people give up when faced with a differing opinion. We can't give up on ninja or any other American. We are all here and have to live together. We all need to talk this out. As hard as that is.

Yea when you can control all of the "experimental groups."
But we are talking about millions of people and millions of firearms already in circulation.
Slowing down NEW acquisitions doesn't account for what is already out there.
I guess we have different levels of optimism. I just can't see things getting better here.

Plenty of conversations go on, but when one side is completely ignoring facts, research, evidence, and proof how fruitful are those conversations gonna be. People got tired of hearing the same arguments applied inconsistently across several events

Never said it would be easy homie. It's probably the hardest job this country has right now. Talking to each other respectfully.
All of this dems not cooperating gop not cooperating shutting down things and not approving is ridiculous.
We need to come together on our own against those in Washington if we really want to take the power back.
