Disney is the same company to have Feige and Co map out a damn decade of stuff for the MCU but wing it with Star Wars... What the actual hell were they thinking?

Not even Marvel.

They plan out all the movies for Pixar. So even when they don't know they'll do multiple sequels when they do greenlight it they take the time for the story to fit in the overall series of movies.

They planned out their animated shows but for Disney's take on Star Wars it was like lets mirror the OG with different directors but forget the part where one guy had the entire trilogy mapped out.

It was just incredibly stupid with them thinking they could just make money off the name alone.
