Man... Them damb flosties barely help Me swim one bit. I've been considering going to the Y for some classes... But yo, idk how I feel bout that :lol:
 
Anyone else swim for cardio?

Been swimming 20-30 laps, feels good man.
I did that for a while when my legs were bruised up from sparring. It's a whole body workout for sure. I will get into it again.

I wish I knew how to swim :smh:

I tried doing my cardio after lifting today, and dang...that was tough. It felt like I was wearing a weighted vest :lol:
 
what is the protein source on that sams club shake? lots of those drinks have hydrolized collagen as the protein source and that is 0% bioavailable :lol:

gonna try some new preworkouts this week. my caffeine tolerance has skyrocketed over the past year. eff a stim break. no such thing for me.
 
since its muscle tech, im gonna assume its actual whey.

any RTD from these whey companies, ive only see use whey and some other stuff. Not collagen.

but ill look for you tomorrow, its a amazing deal especially if you dont feel like making a shake. They arent the best tasting but pretty much 40 cents a bottle... yea :lol:

Considering how some powders are 50-80 cents per serving now, that's a damn good deal.

Costco have anything similar for that price?

did chest yesterday....had a really good workout. Gonna do back and bi's today...hopefully can get in some T-bar rows if there is room.

Need to start upping cardio too....soccer season kicks off March 28th
 
Started my mini cut today.  So far, not bad at all.  I know later today, I'll be super hungry!..lol

But gotta make these gains!!
 
finally tried a QuestBar today - the Cookie Dough one. It taste just like a regular protein bar. What's the hype behind these things?
 
10 days into my clean bulk...

MONDAY – MILITARY PRESS, front raise, shrug, wings, curl 3 way
TUESDAY – MORNING HOOPS
WEDNESDAY – FLIES, DIPS, tricep extension, flat, incline, push up failure
THURSDAY – MORNING HOOPS
FRIDAY OR SATURDAY – FRONT SQUAT, DEAD LIFT, ROWS, ab routine

AM - workout, then hard boiled egg and protein shake
mid morning - PBJ with that protein peanut butter
lunch - normal
late afternoon - juice blended in vitamix with all organic stuff
dinner - normal
PM - protein shake or chocolate ice cream shake if I am not giving damb


went from 185 to 195 already (was always able to put on and cut weight quick) - goal is 210

any tips on making my routine more efficient? :nerd:

if you're gaining weight, the diet must be working. can you throw some pull-ups in there? buy a dip belt and add weights when you dip and pull-up?

edit: 10# in 10 days though. mostly water and fat?

why are tpu starting with dips and flies on your chest day?
Also for breakfast you're having a single hard boiled egg?

upper body getting bigger, quads too... not too much gains in the fat % at all...

this is the first time in my life I am bulking up without using crazy supps and "legal" test boost stuff... doubt the trend will continue on my gains though, that's why I was wondering what switches I can make .... HUGE THANKS to all those who are taking the time to help out :smokin

What are the macros on your diet? Looking at it (without knowing your dinner and lunch) it's hard to believed you're at a surplus.
If you're putting on weight it's probably working. That said if you're really up 10 lbs in 10 days you may want to tone back the surplus
