I did that for a while when my legs were bruised up from sparring. It's a whole body workout for sure. I will get into it again.Anyone else swim for cardio?

it's the profile plus the taste. most of the other ones are glorified candy bars.finally tried a QuestBar today - the Cookie Dough one. It taste just like a regular protein bar. What's the hype behind these things?

MONDAY – MILITARY PRESS, front raise, shrug, wings, curl 3 way
TUESDAY – MORNING HOOPS
WEDNESDAY – FLIES, DIPS, tricep extension, flat, incline, push up failure
THURSDAY – MORNING HOOPS
FRIDAY OR SATURDAY – FRONT SQUAT, DEAD LIFT, ROWS, ab routine
AM - workout, then hard boiled egg and protein shake
mid morning - PBJ with that protein peanut butter
lunch - normal
late afternoon - juice blended in vitamix with all organic stuff
dinner - normal
PM - protein shake or chocolate ice cream shake if I am not giving damb
went from 185 to 195 already (was always able to put on and cut weight quick) - goal is 210
any tips on making my routine more efficient?
why are tpu starting with dips and flies on your chest day?10 days into my clean bulk...

What are the macros on your diet? Looking at it (without knowing your dinner and lunch) it's hard to believed you're at a surplus.yup single hard boiled egg...
on increase in waist yet...
upper body getting bigger, quads too... not too much gains in the fat % at all...
this is the first time in my life I am bulking up without using crazy supps and "legal" test boost stuff... doubt the trend will continue on my gains though, that's why I was wondering what switches I can make .... HUGE THANKS to all those who are taking the time to help out
