Got to bench press for the first time since my ac seperation. Hit 135# 20 times then 180# 5 times after the warm ups. Felt weird but good to be benching again.
 
Great depth, good body positioning. I cant tell from the angle, is your torso vertical or are you a bit rounded at the upper back?

Not to get too graphic, but I shave my crack bruh...the rest I can't do, I'm way passed the point of shaving my thighs or legs, that *** looks funny and feels very uncomfortable when it's starts to grow back which is instantly :lol:

But the crack gets the treatment :pimp:

That was on my 5th rep, so it's a bit rounded, it's not perfect, I'm still working on it, what I'm proud of most is the depth...my hips have opened up a lot since I started..
