Any links to vitamins one should consume daily? Looking to put in a bodybuilding order soon.. Right now, I have my protein, fish oil, optimum (multi) anything else Im missing?

Orange triad had better ingredients as a multi, i would skip optimum.

I've only bought ON for awhile. I'm on a tight budget at the moment though, so I looked for something a little cheaper this time. Bought 5lbs of Muscletech 100% Premium Whey Plus for $34.99 from Sam's Club. I prefer the profile of ON but I think it's decent for the price. Mixes and tastes fine, just not as much protein per scoop and a few extra carbs.

Appreciate it i will check it out. I normally just stock up with there is a sale. when BB did cellucor whey 2lbs buy one get one i bought like 6 of them :lol: I have been using ON recently so that is my preference. I will see if i can find one of the "less popular" flavors in a 5lb for around 40-45 if i don't get to check bj's-sams club-costco out
 
In my morning shakes/smoothy I put in

:nerd:z of Water
1 Scoop of ON whey (vanilla)
Few Strawberries
Few Blackberries
Few Raspberry
Few Blueberries
Some Kale and Spinach
and I just styarted putting cottage chesse in it.

Is this overkill or is there anything else I should look into adding?

As far as taste. It's not bad. I don't like kale or Spinach so the fruits make up for the taste.
