yeah my cousin benefitted from the social aspect of crossfit. he's a rich dentist, married and has 4 kids. i don't think he'd do it without support - he's too complacent.

had some protein pancakes and chicken sausage for breakfast and a banana smoothie with some whey for a snack.
 
Trained legs as I normally do today.

When my hamstrings were pumped, they weren't so tight feeling. I iced it after I got out, and stretched plenty throughout my workout.

Just happy that it's not hindering my performance.

Also, anybody ever try Jefferson squats? They're about to become a staple in my leg routine.
 
I have countless pro athletes at my gym.

Countless pro body builders too.

I mean countless, more pro athletes than pro body builders.
 
Signage is up in the restrooms (not the first gym I have seen with it) stating no usage of illegal substances in there.
 
NBA players at my gym, too bad i never see em :smh:

guess Drummond comes through all the time, i missed him a few weeks ago by a few minutes :x
