STAY/GET BACK IN SHAPE VOL 3.0 -- A New Niketalk = A New Thread

Here with go with the automatic and defensive pessimism...

Say what you will, hes not wrong in his advice. Im not saying hes right, but i can assure you hes not wrong.

Some caution isnt a bad thing.

Caution is always good but he was saying to completely avoid all leg workouts except for sprints, etc. Thats not caution thats eliminating.

Yeah i get that. I dont agree with what was said, but the underlying message isnt something to dismiss automatically.

It's already been said but eliminating barbell workouts altogether is not exercising caution. I never said not to exercise caution. I placed emphasis on using good form. I even said it twice.

YOLO baby

Its always the once a year posters coming in here and trolling, gotta love em.

Posting in here because that crossfit thread is very, very dead, but workout 14.4 is

14-minute AMRAP:

60 CALORIE ROW
50 TOES-TO-BAR
40 WALL BALLS (20m/14w)
30 CLEANS (135m/95w)
20 MUSCLE-UPS

This looks like fun. I am scaling to 95 pounds for the cleans and scaling down the muscle ups to chest to bar pullups

i dont mind it, been eating a lot of fruits. just feels good to be eating healthy and knowing its doing its job :lol

easy to wipe tho ;)
Haha. Yeah, it comes out super easy. I'm just saying. In a day I consume quite a bit: Celery sticks, carrots, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, broccoli, and grapes :lol Also whole grains too. That's how I get my sugar.

Any of you guys recommend fiber pills when cutting?

Eat beans. Soak em overnight, boil em, and let em simmer for 2-3 hours.

Protein, fiber, and complex carbs. I was reading somewhere that rice + beans together have all the essential amino acids for a complete protein as well.
