that's some great fatloss man. i'm battling the same myself but not doing as well. did better the past 2 weeks though. gonna keep going after my office challenge is up.

Yeah man I left some in the tank on that one the most probably. Once I saw I could break 1350 thats all I wanted to do. Its kind of weird when you're picking attempts that are 25+lbs more than what you've done in training. 

Im going to hit 1500 next year one way or another.

feeling a bit under the weather, not enough to miss the gym but squat day for me,
hit that 350 pr last week so goal today is 275 8x


plus got the 90s dB flat bench press at a new gym yesterday. . felt damn good to rep those.

especially since my gym only goes to 50lb dbs

No idea why, but how do you view pages as mobile? Im on my iphone and there was a switch to view as desktop but I cant find the switch to make it mobile again.
 
bought some stuff from walden farms. 2 diff peanut spreads and 2 diff fruit spreads. that crap tastes horrible :x texture is terrible :x

I haven't posted in a long time in this thread.  It's good to see dudes putting that work in.  Here's a couple pics of some dishes and progress.  #NTFitFam

Breakfast: Banana Oatmeal Pancakes with almond butter and sugar free syrup

Lunch: 96/4 Lean beef tacos

Dinner: Broccoli w/ baked fish

I normally supplement with 2 shakes and rice cakes throughout the day to hit my carb/fats/protein goals

Current situation

Bonus: My aunt came thought and shut the whole scene down!!  ROTI #TriniMassive.  After I ate this, I went straight to bed...LOL
