I have pants from H&M that fit really well they are skinny cut size 36.  My natural waist is a 32

Cleaning out my email and found a GNC $10 off $20 or more (#25057 if you guys wanna use it, it expires today). Went to the closest GNC by my house (independently owned) and grabbed 300grams of creatine, 4 quest bars and a shaker that came out to $18 something and the coupon didn't work obviously so I threw in another quest bar to get it over $20 and when it gave a new price, like $11 and change the lady refused to let me use the coupon smh. Saying the owner doesn't wanna lose that much money on things that aren't expensive anyway and has been getting on them (Mind you she's 65+ and so are the other 3 lady's who work there and they've all probably never worked out a day in their life but walking but they're old and cheap labor for the owner). I told her I just used it a couple days ago and she says well its a one time use and I show her it doesn't say that anywhere on the coupon and then she says I can only use it at the location on the coupon and I told her thats just where I got my gold card and I used it in this store 2 days agao and she still refuses. Left and called customer service (felt like my mom right there :lol) and they documented and reported it and are sending me a $25 gift card for the inconvenience.

Bout to hit up 2 more locations and use this coupon a few times more too. Reason #247 I don't like GNC, its just convenient for quick things and the coupon.
 
Oh yea did anybody try those new athletic fit Levi jeans? Or did I miss the feedback on those already?

Bought the new CSCS practice questions which are online now, had a copy of the older version but i'm just tryna be triple sure I pass. I'm gonna try and find a way to print out the quetsions and scan em to my computer so I can share em with who wants them, i'll try. Took the exercise science portion last night and scored in the eighty percent range, still nervous abt it tho.

Did you cop your true waist size or a size to fit your legs like some of us have to do? Your pretty strong so i'm gonna assume you have larger legs lol
I wear a 40 or 42 in pants/shorts, these were a 42 and pretty tight in the thighs, but have a good cut to them.

They wont let you use it without the actual coupon though, even if you have the code. Anyway you can screenshot it or something? Maybe forward the email :lol

Anyone ever deal with pain in the elbow from lifting? I'm experiencing this now. I feel it mostly when I bench and from push-ups. It actually hurts to the touch. Don't really want to take time off from the gym, as I'm actually making good progress now.

Sounds like tendonitis.

You may have to take time off from upper body lifts.

Good thing Squats and dead lifts don't require elbows =)

Yeah it is probably tendonitis. I used to get it all the time until a guy I trained with showed me something that helped:

Before doing any chest/ shoulder press/ tricep exercises, go to a tricep extension cable and put it on the lowest/ second to lowest weight. Rep the lowest/ second to lowest weight for 25-30 reps with one hand until failure for two sets on each arm (if it takes more than 25-30 reps to fatigue your triceps the weight is too light, if it takes less, its too heavy) . I do this as a warm up before any chest/ tricep/ shoulder workout and have not had tendonitis since.

I got 2 pairs of them and the actual cut of them is nice but I got too big of a size in the waist. There is no such thing as slim or skinny in my wardrobe [emoji]128514[/emoji]
 
My stay fit brethren mobbing for Halloween tonight? Gonna have a mini cheat day, weighed in at 161lbs. Started 208 in June.

My last minute costume.
 
did dead lift yesterday

first time in about 8 months, got 140kg, but it wasn't clean. and 4 reps

i knew i'd be super weak at it, guess it's time to work on form and getting that weight up
 
Been slowly getting back into shape. Down about 40 pounds in 6 months. Last couple months I have been eating a lot healthier which is making a huge difference. I say all of this as I scarf down some greasy *** pizza

 oh well gonna get in some cardio with a late night run. Then gonna get a little sleep wake up and hit the gym hard with my boy. He has been on my *** recently and I appreciate it so much. Sick of this beer gut!

It's sounds so cliche but it's the goddamn truth ; look good , feel good

How long have you guys who've done reverse diets done it before finding your maintenance?

I can't even call my cut calories poverty, i'm still dropping weight like crazy while slowly upping them. Metabolic damage is real bros

despite how many people say drastic cuts can "damage" your metabolism, i don't believe that's true. haven't researched it though but often it comes from the same people that say frequent small meals will speed your metabolism up.
