 Dude came in here like

BarnStirringMoulage.gif

but anyways who are we kidding...it doesn't matter how healthy you are the last ten years are always the worst ten years. so why not burn the candle at both ends

So many positive effects that weight training has on health when you get older, not only performing resistance exercise when your older but the strength you acquire in your younger years has an obvious effect as well.

Gotta give Ross his props man, dude was living bad and had obvious health problems and he decided to change for the better :hat, hopefully he inspires others to do the same

Quest Nutrition finna change the game. They had protein chips at GNC :lol

Similar macros to the bars but at 120 cals. May pick up a bag to try it out. Too good to be true?

I heard the chips taste junk. anyone try the bpi funbar? like a protein starburst.
watching my mom's house this weekend. damn house is full of junk food that they stockpile. it's ruining my diet :lol

Lil recipe I've been chefing up past couple weeks to hit them fat macros... No Bake Peanut Butter Cups

1 tbsp of melted Coconut Oil

At least 3 tbsp of your nut butter of choice

.5-1 scoop protein powder of choice

60g canned pumpkin

Stevia (optional)

toppings (optional)

Mix everything but protein powder at the end

Put em in molds or parchment paper/foil works too, freeze for 30 min

If the quest nutrition protein bars are anything to go by, their protein powder should be pretty nice.

I'll definitely give it a shot.

Just looked it up. Well, they sure know how to market them. :lol

Doesn't say when it'll release 8o

Specs on the protein?

Its not even the flavor I care about with the chips, its the fact that im eating chips after dieting so long :lol

Chinese look ready to do work as always, wanna see how these other big lifters perform. Wish LuX was out there.

Specs on the protein?
100-110 cals, 21-24g of protein, 1-3g net carbs all depending on the flavor.  Looking for an ingredients list.  Pushing it as a drink mix and great for baking.  Also coming out with a customized option for powder with "add-ons" coming soon.

Says made with whey isolate, micellar casein and milk protein isolate with no fillers.

Edit: Found a label on one of the flavors

Good looks big dog I'm going to try it out. I think Id rather do a 4 week cycle and really hammer my core.

I'd like to do a little more volume though, maybe pyramid up to a heavy set of 4 or do back down sets after the top one? What you think? For squats at least.

Dan hit like 635x10 beltless didn't he? :x

Yea, drop sets should be OK, I didn't do them and still benefited from the 2 week cycle. :smokin

Yea, Dan did 635x8, I think he went heavier at the end of his cycle but I forgot what the weight was, I think it was around 680x5, I didn't see it though and I don't think he posted it on IG or facebook.

Good luck!

SuperJu, have you been able to watch the competition over there or just following up on it through social networks?

And is this the competition in kazakhstan?
