SuperJu, have you been able to watch the competition over there or just following up on it through social networks?
And is this the competition in kazakhstan?
Na haven't watched any of it live just keeping up with it, lotta stuff on allthingsgym.com. Yep its in Kazakhstan
I know the 2 American 105's lift in the D session at 10pm ET on Thursday, hard to decipher those other sessions times lol. No problemI'd love to watch some of this stuff live man. Thanks for letting me know about allthingsgym.
I wonder how the 105 kg is doing. Ilya Ilin was doing 190/242 in training last I checked a few months ago.

I think Derrick Johnson lifted in the 62kg already and set an American record total at 272kg*edit
Checked the website. There are no 62 kg men lifting? Hard to decipher that website
62kg isn't over yet so the results aren't posted. Here's a link to watch it here: http://www.iwf.net/almaty_live/Lol nice. Who won the 62 category and with how much?
Are there any links anywhere that show whole sessions?
I'll try to go on youtube later and see if anyone put anything up for the 62 category
Wow just noticed the husband/wife combo Caleb and Kelly Williams are both lifting for team USA there. They run a weightlifting gym and Crossfit box not too far from me and i'm supposed to lift with him and get some technique work as soon as my hand heals up. Crazy
Awesome Im squatting tomorrow and going to try it out.Yea, drop sets should be OK, I didn't do them and still benefited from the 2 week cycle.
Yea, Dan did 635x8, I think he went heavier at the end of his cycle but I forgot what the weight was, I think it was around 680x5, I didn't see it though and I don't think he posted it on IG or facebook.
Good luck!
Same here. I do the alphabet, wall stretch and circular motions with a band but still feel tight. What do you guys do for ankle mobility? My left ankle gets tight at time a before I start getting into my squat work, and I want to fix it before it gets any worst.

Those all looked like clean reps.
I know right! Thats what makes it hard to judge depth in competition for guys built like him and the 300+ guys too, but all those reps were buried. Thats what makes him world class, he squats to depth in wraps too which isn't seen a lot outside of the IPF/USAPL.His thighs are so big it makes it look like he's doing quarter squats lol
