the original ultimate orange was the best. it was loaded with ephedra
not sure about that new formula because of the prop blend. only way to find out is to take 1-2 scoops and see how much energy and pump you get. there's good stuff in there. hopefully the company sourced good raws and dosed effaciously.
btw this is me 3 weeks into the office weight loss challenge. started out very bloated. not even pushing my belly out. that's all water
