STAY/GET BACK IN SHAPE VOL 3.0 -- A New Niketalk = A New Thread

Hit some trap bar deadlifts yesterday and worked up to what I thought was 500 for a set of 4. Turns out the trap bar I thought weighed 50 actually weighed 75 and ended up doing 525 for 4

I've only done "offset" work with a single leg RDL just messing around. All of that looks OD and unnecessary.

With front squats I always use 2 finger grip.  Been working on my wrist flexibility so I can get to three finger grip and eventually just an open hand front squat/clean catch.

Well aren't population and life expectancy two different things? I'd be curious to see what the average lifespan is there.

And that's racist haha

Long time no post, but I ran my first marathon last weekend and took second. Time was about 2:32, and I ended up loosing by about a minute. I felt great until about the 22nd mile and then the wheels feel off

Am I right though? Swear some of these folks never dealt with some sort of prejudice. No wonder they say. If you ain't white.....you ain't right. No disrespect to any of my Caucasian people. Only trying to throw shade on this ******
I can confirm. I am white.

Jesus guys. I thought it was a joke in the first place but now I have no idea what I expected.

But really, has anyone given thought to the arsenic content or we just gonna say **** it

Thanks for that. Lead me in the right direction.

here: In scientific jargon, selenium has an unusually high “binding affinity” for mercury. In layman’s terms, this means that when the two elements are found together, they tend to connect, forming a new substance. This makes it difficult for the human body to absorb the mercury separately. So when mercury binds to selenium, it’s no longer free to bind to anything else – like brain tissue.

and chelate basically meaning to form a bond with.

The Japanese, I think has the longest lifespan out of all the races and I know they eat a **** load of rice.

So I will continue to eat **** load of rice and perpetuate the Asian stereotype

Or maybe not, according to Stuntman Mike, I'm not a real Asian =*(
