Thanks. I think I'm due for a short break anyway...I've been in the gym consistently every other day since July. I'm going to focus on core & lower body and see if I can lift with lower weights without aggravating it too much. Seems like this is going to be an ongoing thing though

It will come and go, ive been dealing with it myself. luckily the last few months it hant come back but it will soon enough. i know its not cured

Copped some granola as well to add some flavor and crunch. Great sub 200 calorie meal.

Finna get me off Quest bars for a bit. :lol
 
Tweaked my left wrist somehow a month ago. Very restricted pronation and supination. Still unable to do much - no barbell bench presses, no OHP, no upright rows, no dips. I've had to resort to mostly dumbbell exercises only and modify the exercises to keep my wrist in line with my arm and reduce the weight. Losing these gainz bros :{


Any idea what it is? The pain is mostly medial part of the wrist (the pinky side). Do I just need to stop working out altogether? Might just have to go to a PT or summ if this persists for any longer.

Haven't been in here to much as of late, how's everyone's training going?

I'm about 3 weeks out from my meet so weights are starting to climb. As well as cutting to make the weight class.

Really awesome to see some of the progress you guys have made.
 
Hate when you're super pumped to hit the gym while you're at work. but you still have like 4 hours left before work finishes and an hour commute. sucks the feeling out sometimes.

As long as it fits within your macros and calories for the day, youll be fine.

Articles on yogurt? Or maybe I just read the labels. Superior bc of my yogurt choice? That's laughable at best. I didn't say it would ruin someone's physique. The light and fit and fruit yogurts do have a bunch of sugar and some have artificial sweetners and crap. Thats all I was saying.

Still coughing some, getting in the gym tonight regardless, can't take it anymore. Going to just do a light full body workout.
