I just joined LA fitness, I'm about to quit smoking weed and fapping after a 5-6 year run, did anyone else do this? What are some withdraw symptoms I may in counter

Youll feel like *** for the next few weeks but itll allow your mentality and mind feel clearer. 
Motivation will kick in once you decide to kick it in.

Stop fapping 8 months ago, stopped viewing porn completely. It's one of the best decision you will make in life, believe me.
I still blaze on my day off.

Symptoms, you'll be horny as ****. But that's a good thing, channel that into your workout. Lift with rage!

Loud is a detriment to me.. Get mad munchies....
I usually chief on some hybrid before I hit the gym or go on a run... Dont like alcohol..


does that stop fapping really help you guys out ?


I was messing with dumbbells at the gym on wed.
as I lifted with my left arm- my arm just gave out for a second... Dropped the weight and its been bothering me slightly for the past few days....dont know what happened there....
 
I burn every night but I only keep healthy snacks at the house so it works for me. My favorite snack is fage mixed with a scoop or two of protein powder and topped with strawberries. It's basically chocolate pudding. I think it's good! I did a nutritional comparison to some ben and jerrys ice cream and froyo.
 
Very generalized statement.

The people who compete is a small percentage of those who workout.

But yall know what I mean.
I dont see how thats a generilized statement. Some people actually train to perform better, whether it is for a sport, powerlifting or oly lifting, or for personal goals. Not everyone is in the gym to look better for others like you. I dont think theres anything wrong with that tho

So, whats the best way to lose thigh and butt fat? Sucks for me, but most of my weight gain goes to these areas, and it makes it damn hard to find pants that fit well.
 
Probably just more intense cardio. I'm at the same point so we'll see how it goes. Diet is already in check, but for me lifting burns differently than cardio. May focus on that for now due to problem areas. You can't spot reduce, but I don't think it's that black and white. Depending on what I'm doing I'll definitely see the difference in rate of loss in visceral vs subcutaneous fat.
