make sure you eat plenty YRWB, and keep lifting. you'll be surprised at the difference after a year of being consistent.

thanks man I've been eating 3000 calories a day and I'm only 5'7 so that should be a good amount.

if i were you, i'd eat more than 3000.
I have a co-worker who is 5'5" and weighs about 110lbs. He wants to "get big" but he has the smallest of meals and doesn't even hit the gym.
I've tried everything in the book to motivate this guy to hit the gym and constantly eat but nothing works.
