There are so many times I'm at a gym and I want to correct form but I leave it be. 1, I'm shy IRL and 2, yea, I'm just shy. Lol

If someone comes up to me for form help I'm more than happy to put in my two cents.

I figured that's what it was, but I'm confused as to why 360lb squats on a smith machine are impressive when I'm pretty sure I've seen people post in here of squatting more on a barbell.
8 plates on a smith machine is equivalent to roughly zero pounds on a barbell.

when you say 8 plates, that means 8 plates on each side = 16 plates = 720#
thinking of quarter squatting that much weight makes my knees cry.

I use to play ball but my parents ruined me way before then...

and my pops spaghetti (half italian) got me dumb tubby
lol so my sports consisted of O lineman and shot put.
which we don't have to run half as much.

Growing up I was always playing at the park and gyming and playing sports at school.

But I never got skinny or muscular even with working out, always skinny fat

Then I got a 9-5 and gained like and ballooned to 280

Down to 215 now, and goal is 180. I'll still be fatish cause how my body is. 

I been like 215-235 for like a year now tho

Thank you b. And let me fill y'all in on these ectos who claim to eat like that, they lying. Ectos love talking about how much they eat, but spend some time with them and you'll see they ain't putting up numbers like that.
 
If i drink a cup of coffee than take some pre workout will my heart explode?
 
It doeant matter if youre an endo, ecto or mesomorph.... If youre trying to change yourself, its not easy.

We all have it tough when were trying to do something difficult.

I agree, and I don't think anyone is disagreeing with this.

It's a trade off. Ectos and Endos have different problems.

I think dude from last page was just saying that having to eat a lot is a problem he'd like to have instead. I second that too. I enjoy eating :) ej. Oh, I need that third burger to gain mass? Don't mind if I do! It's probably a pain in the wallet, though, I imagine.
 
Taking summer classes at my university so I plan on working out there. School is an hour drive from home and I don't have a gym membership. The thing is my class is from Monday-Thursday. Can anyone recommend a good program for me? The only "program" I've done is Stronglifts 5x5 which doesn't exactly fit into my Monday-Thursday schedule lol.
