I do 5 or 6 days with a recovery day in between. Just depends on how I feel that week.Is it bad if I take today off to get my life together and then just make up for it tomorrow and go hard?

What keeps you guys motivated during the colder seasons? In the spring and summer, everyone's wearing short sleeves and V necks so of course you want to make sure your body is right to have it busting out your shirts. But in winter time, you're going to be bundled up in jackets and sweaters, people can't really tell how Brolic you are under al those layers. What's your motivation to keep you all from slacking off in the winter?

Had stretch marks on the sides of my knees and shoulders since 4th grade. Never been fat.
