Yeah, there's Workout A and Workout B

Workout A: Squat, OHP, Deadlift

Workout B: Squat, Bench press, Row

5x5 each exercise (except deadlift which is 1x5)

Train 3 times a week alternating between A and B with a rest day between each workout and add 5lbs. to each lift for each workout.
 
ordered more protein from the myprotein sale. It honestly seems fishy like $25 bucks for 5.5lbs....and it has been an ongoing sale for like 2 weeks now.

I have never tried a pre workout before but picked up mypre their pre work out anyone try it before?

I was looking at the myprotein site a few weeks back. Don't those things only have like 15 g of protein per scoop? Hence why the price per lb is so cheap?

looked at the ingredients. horrible prop blend and it contains DAA which is stupid to use in a preworkout. it's supposed to increase testosterone but there have been studies that actually show it can decrease test levels. there is one benefit (or downside) to taking DAA and that's an increase in fertility. in fact, my son was conceived when i was taking DAA :lol

My average split is 1:43.

I read article saying ram the first 500 m and empty the tank on the last 500m. 

Between the set find a consistent pace.

Any suggestions on the damper?

I wouldn't recommend flying out the gate. Keep in mind you're probably going to be rowing for a good 20 minutes. Even if you are good you're looking at 16-17 ish.

Try to keep your splits consistent. If you want to empty he tank during your last 500m, go for it. Just make sure you can make it the entire 500m (:lol), cause if you gas out at 4800m, those last 200m will feel long.

5k row is humbling the first time. Put the damper anywhere from 4-5.

this was a few weeks back. Props to whoever posted about the deal originally. I got 5.5lb of Vanilla and it honestly is the best vanilla flavored protein I've tasted. The deal should come back around soon.

It's not fishy to have it so cheap, Its only 15g of quality protein per scoop, according to some website it has an A grade compared to the popular brands who are in the B to C range for way more expensive.

Best deal I've come across is MP Combat. 5 lbs for $35 at Costco.

And Costco has 5.5 lbs of cyotosport for $40

Even when you guys talk about protein it's bro science. Do you drink it for taste or as a supplement? It blows my mind people piss away their money on protein that isn't even 50% protein :lol

Grams of protein per scoop / scoop size (in grams) = % of protein per scoop. Ingredients are obviously just as important.
