Yup and I wish man. My shoulders were bad. Had the anterior tilt going so bench was painful. Strengthened my back a lot more and rolled the shoulders out. All good now so it's time to get the bench #s up.That picture is you? You look like you should be able to bench way more than 205
Apparently by that pic I gotta "get my weight up" though lol
