Doing dumbbell rows and making sure the shoulder stays back and not let the shoulder travel forward. Also doing some fascia work. @JPhysique has a good video and I followed it. Did wonders

Man I wanted to slap this fool in the gym today. Dude was being loud as hell and yelling out battle cries to shrug a weak *** 135. I'm talking full on yelling, breathing so hard he's spitting all over the mirror. Dropping the bar back on the rack like he's doing 400 pounds. Then the damn idiot takes the same strategy to lat raises. Fool grabs 30 pound Dumbbells. Dudes head was doing all sorts of crazy contortions for both lifts. I was getting straight up heated because his dumb *** was hogging half the equipment in the free weights area.
