But I felt great afterwards! I had a buddy who tore his acl and did it once a week and came back better than ever.
Unfortunately, the one in my hometown got shut down, so I can't say if it works long term. One of the employees tried to get a freebie session after hours. She locked herself in the machine and couldn't get herself out. They found her the next morning frozen.

Today is the start of cut week #5. My goals this week are to have no cheat meals and drink more water. How do you guys feel about cheat meals while in a deficit?

If it's Kre-Alkalyn, I've gotten good results with it. But regular ON Creatine Monohydrate should be just fine

You either stay in your macros or you don't.

Been cheating once a week for the longest time. Took down 2 large pizzas last weekend in one sitting, fish and chips and kfc in another sitting. That alone with a whole bunch of snacks and slices of cakes. Such a bad relationship with foodThen I spend the week undoing the damage, rinse and repeat
Yea I do IIFYM, but I just go way overboard as soon as it's Friday or Saturday :/
that's why IIFYM is a great choice.
you can still eat "bad" foods to satisfy cravings, just budget accordingly to hit all your numbers.
