I do "arm day" because I usually fatigue out my biceps and triceps on those days and it takes a good 1-2 hours of a workout. Can't really be doing bench, OHP, or other upper body stuff when your triceps are fatigued.
 
Anyone here hate bicep curls/exercises?


I mean, they're fun to do at the end of the workout for the pump.

I work arms everytime I'm in the gym because they recover super quick and can handle a lot of volume.

They're only an accessory though, will never understand people who do "arm day".

Your biceps get work in a host of other movements.

For awhile I did the primary movements and my arms got bigger. Barely did curls. Now i do a shoulder and arms day. Arms just for the pump

I dislike doing biceps, I get really bored with them hence why I have none

Here for da info. I have tiny wrists and I didn't think there was any way for your wrists to grow/gain muscle. Been fapping to no avail.

Pretty sure your wrist size is defined by your bone structure, like your ankles.

Seen a guy doing deadlift but he had the bar set up on the 3rd rung of the power rack. Whats the point of that? 1St rep is like a half rep like that right?

I was in a bad mental place yesterday y'all. Thanks big boss. I'll pm you soon. I still can't lift anything. Tried to pick up 30lbs and back was on fire but I have some 5kg dumbbells here. So I'm doing reps of 50. Curls laterals and push-ups at a incline. Feeling a bit better mentally. Road to recovery.
