Same. When it comes, it comes. I wanted to compete, but it's not my calling and I really don't care for training in general, so why go crazy for numbers. When they come, they'll come.

Over the weekend, I was able to put on a dress shirt I haven't fit in in over 4 years...AND look good in it.

That's gat damn motivating to keep with Keto until the deadline I set in my head (day before Thanksgiving)

Been doing that workout for a while and enjoy it. Hit 6 of the 7 targets on my heavy day for 12 reps with the work sets (2 each):

SL Deadlifts 205 lbs
Bent-Over Barbell Rows 145 lbs
Overhead Barbell Press 95lbs
Squats 225lbs
Calf Raises 120 lbs
Bench Press 165 lbs

Didn't get the barbell curls.

Oh man you guys would die laughing if you talked to my neighbor. Dude is flaming to the max, loves cross fit, drinks Kim Kardashian’s protein powder and gets lipo suction. Talk about zesty.

He just started going to my gym too :lol not my location though, he ain’t ready for the burly boy musty basement syringe in the garbage gym.
 
I feel pull ups are becoming easier, when I'm not toast from the day before :lol:

I dunno if its just me noticing it now or what but ever since we were talking about those exercises that are more risk than reward ive been seeing more people doing upright rows.

started working on my pendlay rows again. tryna get back to working sets of 185lb for sets of 7-8

Like some days I can do 100 and some I’m so fried 20 is hard.

But yeah they are easier when conditions are good. My back has also came up.

Me neither lol i dont even know what im at, probably 300 tops. Its been good tho doing em every time I'm in the gym
