STAY/GET BACK IN SHAPE VOL 3.0 -- A New Niketalk = A New Thread

Entering another pro-am league next month so I’m back on my super lean, diamond abs physique. Feeling light again.

Régimen:

-Weekly yoga.
-Lift heavy at least 5x week.
-buckets minimum 2x/week. (Stair master for cardio when runs are weak.)
-Aquatic exercises for muscle/cardio endurance.

Shouts to all y’all for daily inspiration!

That’s interesting you’re gonna lift heavy 5x /week for hoops, it’s all about quickness speed and explosiveness imo

Still doing lots of plyos and cleans for explosive improvement.

At this point, I’m really selective about the right fuel for my body. I’m able to tell the difference if I go up 5 lbs or so in speed.

instead of 325 3x3 I just did 1x9 to get it over with lol.

pendlay, underhand lat pulldown, barbell shrugs.

**** of there after that. glad it was a deload week. I need it
 
It’s officially summer. My gym is 100 degrees again and full of stagnant sweat air. :lol:

My boy was dying today. Got a headache and got light headed and dipped.

Takes a week or two to get used to that again.

Since we on leg topic, i havent hit legs besides doing deads for almost 3 weeks. I was off from work last night so i had energy to do legs today instead of resting and im feelin it :sick:

Why are avacado held to be the superior fats source.
Compared to nuts (all variety)
Egg yolk
Olive oils.
Coconut
What benefit does it have over th le others
 
push day.. new incline bench rep pr. got 225 for 4 now. last time I only got 3. I really wanna get 5.

had to buy some sbd elbow sleeves again smh. $70 out the window.

Tried going for 415 on squat, failed.

Idk wtf I was thinking. I was running in 5 hrs of sleep and all I had for lunch was some noodles lol

If it’s 85 outside it’s like 100 inside. I don’t mind though. It’s been super crowded lately and it weeds out a lot of people.

18 inches of snow three weeks ago then you get 90 degree weather.

Haven’t posted in a hot minute! How’s the fam? Miss anything good including PRs?

I was still puttin in work. Got satisfyingly cut with the muscle mass. I’ve been on vacation at Disney since last Wednesday with the meal plan and bruhhh :sick:.
My body has never been this swollen. The water weight gain is real. Got some tig ol bitties, definition is minimal. I think it’s because I did way less cardio this year and it hasn’t been that hot down here. Can’t wait tot get back and shred this bs
