Can someone point me in the direction of where to find or build meal plans? I have a tough time coming up with ideas. I tend to eat out too much.
 
Do wrist wraps really worth it for presses? Do they actually help? Debating on looking for a set as my press are getting heavier and I sometimes feel a little wrist strain.
