Cam got me doing an hour a day of cardio. Trying to lose a few pounds.

My goal is to go 30 seconds without messing up at this point.

First time I stepped foot in the boxing club man handed me a rope and asked if I knew how to jump. I said ya... When I was in high school :lol:

Yeah even 5 minutes in I was a lot better.

I just want some simple cardio that’s at least a little challenging.
