STAY/GET BACK IN SHAPE VOL 3.0 -- A New Niketalk = A New Thread

I have been doing high rep for two months, if . I am looking to continueto lean out is it ok to increase weight and lower reps or should I continue and increase gradually?

Hello all. So, I've been thinking and have decided to give a little back to NT and this thread. I'm going to pick one person to coach who wants to drop some weight, build and shape their body. Everything will be online based and through text, email etc. I will coach you with your nutrition and create a training program for you. All this for 2 months!!

I am a nationally accredited certified trainer, certified weight management specialist, NPC nationality qualified competitor, contest prep coach. I have trained hundreds of clients.

Below are some pics of my work

And the man himself

I want to help someone who will be dedicated to the program, disciplined and willing to do the work. You must have access to a gym, cardio equipment, have a schedule where you can be consistent to your training and nutrition. If you think that is you, send me a PM with a brief description of your training history, what goals you're trying to achieve physique wise and current pics of your physique. I will choose one person to coach for 2 months starting October 1st. Let's go ?

dropten dropten thats so dope man. I know coaching and guidance can really be helpful and motivating for some people. I hope you can provide a lasting impact for whoever you choose. 2 months and beyond

It's the least I can do. Been on NT since 05 or 06. There's been alot of gems that have helped me, especially when I was going through my rough times.

Send me those submissions guys. If you've struggled with progress, especially weight loss, this can be an opportunity to make a change.

Always wanted to shell out the cash for those ...I usually just rock w title world gels

Congratulations, always wondered how those felt

they’re pretty long for dumbbells so doing chest press with them can be annoying because you end up hitting the dumbbells together at the top
Portion of the lift

SBD day today. Volume work. I’m gassed

squat: 315 4x6
CompBench: 230 4x6
Deadlift: 385 4x3

anyone have tips for pulling conventional with short arms and a long torso. My upper back stays rounding no matter how hard I pull the slack out the bar and brace mystomach. My leverage is terrible for conventional and I feel like pulling sumo will be worse.

Thanks

I was using some cheaper joints my old supervisor gave me then the padding kept coming out even after one of the trainers got it stitched for me. Been using some old pair from the club the past few months but it was time to get my own and decided why not.

The shop had cleto Reyes and windy gloves as well but none in 16oz. Excited to use them when I get back.

I had them. Yes they were awkward.

They also broke, I could only turn the dial on one side after a while so I couldn’t changed the weight. I also had to totally take them apart and put them back together many times because they would jam. They sucked tbh.

Rep fitness has cheap DB or maybe get a trx. I love my trx you can replace a lot of equipment with it.
