Imagine needing a medicine ball and you see this dude doing this.Impressive for sure. But completely unnecessary and annoying to do in a gym.
I actually bought it a week ago. I don’t know how to properly gauge its effectiveness though. All I know is I was mad sore during and after my workout. Took a scoop and was fine the next day
I’m impressed.
What should one ideal weight be for someone 5'7"? Around 15-20% body fat
Have not personally tried. Macros look off. Cholesterol kinda high and cals are low/only 20g of protons. I might buy if on a budget (at that price) but def wouldn't switch long-term.
What would you suggest at a decent price point for long term use? Haven't taken protein supps on the reg in years.
This is not necessarily true. Whey protein hydrolysate (WPH) does indeed absorb faster, but having a protein source absorb faster can actually be a negative if it's being used post-workout. A slower-digesting type (either isolate or concentrate) or a blend would be better. You don't want your protein to be absorbed too fast post-WO since the muscle building process doesn't occur simultaneously.that's also a bit expensive.
if you have the money tho get any type of hydrolized whey
Haven't been this sore in a long time. New program/different workouts got me hurting at work a day later. Pause Squats are a motha****er.
Anyone here ever try men's gymshark apparel?
They're having some pretty big markdowns for black Friday.
