yeah, I mean I wanted to hate it but I don’t. I’m weak af right now but my boys had one for like a year and he does the harder classes. Dude is burning like 800 calories in a hour some days.

Does anyone wanna buy my used A7 Prong belt? 10mm size small.
It retails for 170 but im willing to let it go for 100. I dont need it anymore since I got another belt.
Belt is super high quality and IPF approved.
What makes this prong belt different is that the holes are .5in apart making it super adjustable to your waist size. so if you had a meal and you feel a bit bloated you can easily adjust it accurately. this belt is way better than the inzer.
worn by some of the best lifters in the world so its not some chump belt
