Just wondering as to how I'm going to take the creatine. I'm not sure whether I'll go with the 5g/day or go through a loading phase. For a loading phase, how much creatine are you taking daily, and for how many days exactly? Also, I was hearing about starting an insulin spike while taking creatine...how important is that exactly?

no need insulin spike. no need grape juice. just take 5 grams a day whatever time of day is convenient. make sure you drink a gallon of water each day.

Loading is basically increasing the amount of creatine in your body at all times supposedly. I'd have to check but I believe the tubs claim something like 5 spoons (25g total) a day for 1 or 2 weeks. I've heard just as many claims saying loading is a waste and unnecessary as claims that it works better.Explain this loading thing for me guys? I just got my creatine a day ago and have just been taking 5g with my whey. What would loading do, how long, etc?
