I was 230 to 240ish a year ago. Been as high as 260 when I was studying for my core exam.
I saw my family this weekend apparently I look like a whole different person. I think 215 is a healthy weight for me. I dipped down to 205 at some point in the beginning of the year and really was looking like my man from The Pianist.
This where I get confused when it comes down to raw numbers Is it just how you carry your weight and/or your body fat %? I ask because I believe you are 6’4” and a lot NBA PGs are listed at about 6’3-6’4” 200-205 lbs and I don’t think they look like The Pianist.
Is it just your natural body composition making you look like that at 6’4” 205lbs?
