You should prolly do whatever it takes to hit your protein macro goal.
I don't stress out with it either. considering I get what I need for the day and helps with the bowels.if i can get my protein w/o the shakes, i don’t stress it…tho because i don’t usually hit the protein target through food, i do try to make it a habit to whip up a quick protein drink in the mornings & then again in evening if necessary…
