STAY/GET BACK IN SHAPE VOL 3.0 -- A New Niketalk = A New Thread

imma need summer to hurry up and leave.

heat zapping my energy the second i get out the car parking lot to the gym.

Enduring the heat helps with... endurance.

You are not a typical Gen Z member.

I know you can take the heat... lol.

...

In all seriousness though... some people... hardly ever go outside.

They walk from their home door... to their car door... to their job door... back to their car door... to the gym door... back to the car door... to the restaurant door... to the mall door... to the grocery store door... back to the car door... back to their home door.

Throughout those series of events... they never are really outside... throughout the whole day.

I feel like some people would benefit from more outside time.

That is where the fresh air is.

...

everybody. literally everybody, has a vit d deficiency Not to get all gary brecka and try to sell grounding mats but yea we all could.

I fw the sun when I do my 40lb rucks, adds an element. I just bought a gallon stainless steel off Temu for a dub, hella hydrated at all times. I have fallen off the lifting though, I been in them 95% female group classes doing Barbell HIIIT, 100 degree hot yogas, and ****. I need to just change my program up, try to get back under an hour and get back in there so I don't lose the strengths.

Below is an outside endurance training drill I did this morning.

I made 25 layups in a row at noon... in the heat.

I feel like this type of training makes it easy to make a few layups at 7:00 pm... when it is game time... when the lights are on... outside... or inside.

Anybody on testosterone replacement therapy? I got my blood work done and I'm thinking about taking the leap. Have any of you guys tried it?

There's people who take that advice seriously.

It's not uncommon to hear kids in the gym who look maybe 20 talking about needing to "hit up that trenbolone" to get yoked. I see more questionable nattys than ever in the gym I go to. It didn't used to be that way.

Damn. He's doubling the price for two extra weeks? I'm gonna assume the dosage goes up with the price. If not, that's a terrible deal.

Not surprising to see orals recommended for beginners. It's a lot easier than going straight to the needle.

It’s crazy how many people actually do this though  :smh:. I used to workout at a local gym a couple years ago and one of the trainers was supplying almost everyone there with steroids. I was low key shocked how quick folks start cycling. Here’s a text he sent me.

this is at a commercial gym?

how do you identify a ‘questionable natty’ tho?

There’s tell tale signs. Did they get very big quickly. Strength gains very quickly. The shoulders and traps usually give it away as well. Those areas have more androgen receptors than other areas that’s why you see guys who are on have huge shoulders and traps

Dudes who look like they could be on the cover of those old muscle magazines. I've seen some people who looked very good who were natural, but there's certain things like size + really low body fat that are very hard to attain naturally.

Significant strength increase in a relative short amount of time is also a little suspect.

so these observations are over time & not just superficial? i never actually think about this beyond the internet but i only see who is in commercial gyms in my actual life 🤷🏿‍♂️

Some of it is superficial. I say "questionable natty" because I knew a dude back in school who, if you didn't know him, you'd swear he was juicing. He was the 0.1 percent of the genetically blessed people out there and was natty. So it's possible to look freakishly good without gear, but not likely, I don't think.

Was browsing around the net today and learned clap benching is a thing. I hope we're not dumb enough for this to catch on and become a trend. People are gonna die if it does.

just saw deadpool.

hugh jackman’s physique is still insane.

i always thought he had the best celeb physique ever.

his physique is The Wolverine (the one set in Japan) was ******* nuts.

now let me hop off his d.

False.

Doods had amazing physiques pre-steroids late 1800's early 1900's

and doods get freakishly jacked in prison with terrible nutrition and 0 gear.

virtually anyone can achieve these 1% genetics you mention.

it will just take MANY YEARS of consistent dieting and lifting, bare minimum 5 years straight.

Most people don't want to invest 5-10 years and will go on TRT or gear.

that simple.
