i need this ive been splurging because of my cravings for sweetsGot a bit of a sweet tooth and I discover this tonight. Just a couple spoonfuls does the trick before bed. Can't see myself eating the whole pint even tho it wouldn't be that big of a deal.

I'm finally figuring out Carb recycling. I notice right away in my muscle.
For people that do it, is it cool if i go low carbs mon-fri and carb heavy sat-sunday? or 3 days low carbs, one day high, etc.

I dont do it in a science but I noticed the day after I've eaten alot of carbs I`m stronger in the gym, like way stronger.
Carbs are energy, imagine that lol
Anyone in this thread a pt? Any tips or advice for someone looking to become one?
I mean we know that, but the only time I`m getting high carbs is on cheat days.
