y-back tanks fit fine. loose..revealing. just make sure you have some serious muscle going on...other wise you'll look incredibly ridiculous.

its not cheap, and its not what you think, like it will say butter pecan but the ice cream will be butter pecan flavor not actual ice cream with the pecans in it if it makes sense.

I picked the Artctic Zero up for 4 and some change at the Publix across the street. Saw on their website that they sell em at Walmart and Kroger down the street so ima check that out later today. As far as flavor I mean I knew I wasn't abt to dig in some Blue Bell but it wasn't bad at all and did its job.

Whats the money like?

edit - my bad I thought you said you went into PT.

Income is dependent on too many factors. Location, type of gym, expenses, experience, continuing education, success rate, specialty, demographics, demand, private vs semi-private, etc. I'm not in the field, but the difference between a top trainer in NYC vs other, smaller cities would be tremendous.

I wouldn't recommend going into it for the money (as with all other professions/careers). In the beginning you'll be working long hours, getting paid less than average, and have few clients (similar to other professions), and if you're only there for the money, you won't last. There are some trainers that I know of that make $200+ per hour, but they are at the top of their respective fields and it depends on a lot of the factors I mentioned above.

Got a bit of a sweet tooth and I discover this tonight. Just a couple spoonfuls does the trick before bed. Can't see myself eating the whole pint even tho it wouldn't be that big of a deal.
i need this ive been splurging because of my cravings for sweets

Had Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles last night. Ate every single bite of that chicken breast, wing, and two waffles. It was soooo good, yet felt so wrong! Huhuhu! About to hit legs today to make up for it.

I'm finally figuring out Carb recycling. I notice right away in my muscle.

For people that do it, is it cool if i go low carbs mon-fri and carb heavy sat-sunday? or 3 days low carbs, one day high, etc.

I dont do it in a science but I noticed the day after I've eaten alot of carbs I`m stronger in the gym, like way stronger.

I would do the 3 day low, like really low then a big up the next day. Thats what I've seen the most of.

Freeze I agree about rocking that kind of tank, I would wait till you have CJ looking back, knotted up like hell.

Same here. Major differences in my performance. Gonna do the 3 days very low carbs, high carbs diet.

I know right....

Anyone in this thread a pt? Any tips or advice for someone looking to become one?

Yeah, I do something very similar to it. It's more medically based but the functions and duties are essentially the same.

Why are you thinking of getting into the field?
