Isn't half-*** eating bad better than full *** eating bad? lol.

Yea this bowl I made has like 1640mg of sodium, which is quite a bit. But in contrast, it's like just 1 thing of raman noodles loll (crazy for the amount you're actually eating). But honestly, as long as the water intake is good, sodium isn't as evil as it seems. Total bowl has 4g of sugar.

who the **** eats ramen tho? LOL but yea I feel you about half *** eating bad vs. full *** eating bad :lol words I kinda live by.

And yea, I read about the water intake helping to flush out the sodium. My question is does it mean if you drink the standard 8 cups, or you have to drink MORE than that? anyways, 1640 is cool as long as all the other meals of your day aren't heavily drenched in sodium.

bruh i already knew it

my only question is how would you be able to get in that type of business, im not savvy obviously, but ive been watching supps ever since i started exercising for aesthetics (2002 @ 13yo) and always thought if i had my own company or at least retail spot, i would be in a rarri by the age of 18, 21 tops

where do you live tho?? because if you stay in somewhere thats like just outside of Chicago/Boston/NYC/some major city on the eastern seaboard then these guys probably arent as small as you think

It was a joke. The people who solicit Herbalife sell you dreams of being self employed and even becoming rich. :lol

I usually do hammer curls with 50s and Arnold's with 45s but I decreased weight by 10lbs so I could hold the DB for like 3 seconds at the top of the lift to get a harder burn, don't know if that's effective or anything thougj

I can do 70 with hammer curls 8 reps each arm , but nothing higher. Looks ugly so I rarely do it.

^ yea, I'm doing hammers with 70s-75s. regular db curls with 60s-65s. I'm sure I could lift more, but I'd be sacrificing form, with the rocking and swaying. I'm good.
I go real heavy on the bb curls and ez bar curls tho. I can just max out on those. typical working sets are with 130-140ish, higher weight and low reps roughly 2 plates on the ez bar, so that's like idk, 215? I dont think that bar is 45lbs?

On another note....fitness yambs>>>>> You guys gotta stop being shy and start approaching these women yo. They're out here. Ready. Waiting. And maaaaaaad fleixible. And above all else, because fitness is such a vain sport, they're really well put together. Hair right..waxed..tanned lol..smelling good, looking good. Of course, typical women too this as well, but for these fitness women, it never stops lol. #TeamNoDaysOffYo. Can't necessarily say I could marry one, I like the sweatpants, hair-tied no makeup action occasionally, but for the sake of future rumps in the sack and all the fun stuff we do outside of the bedroom, I'll definitely let them tickle my fancy.

Lucky gonna be stupid strong when he bulks :eek

I did 320x5 squat pretty easy and I do 350 x3-5 times with good form, I think when I bulk i will get to the 400s pretty quick. I'm not interested in being a power lifter what so ever but it does feel Alpha to eventually be stronger than 90% of the humans you will encounter in life.
