It takes me a while to get up, but the latest I'd get up for a morning session is 430, I have to be back in the house by 6am to leave by 7am. Unfortunately I also have to battle everyone else getting up around that time. So I'm trying working out at night, I'm fine as far as energy levels, I just can't seem to cut my brain off until 1am.

Sacrifices must be made.
ya I'd be in the same boat. I personally would go for the morning lift for that reason. Or get a DR's note so you can dip out ta work to lift

Cardio today...soccer game tonight. I seriously need to run sprints more...teach my body how to kick into high gear and recover quickly

i dont see how thats exactly a boring meal... just because it looks healthy and basic doesnt necessarily makes it boring.

PR on leg press for 8 plates each side (45's).

I am going to start working a little leg press in after squats. I haven't done them in so long just be strictly squat, lunge, calves and stiff leg DL for leg days. Some times i feel like i don't do lunges hard enough so my quads really don't burn like my hamstrings do. I figure maybe il do some leg press to mix it up.

and maybe its just me but taste is secondary to me at this point. If i could eat the same meal every day for the rest of my life and see the progress i wanted and get all my nutrients...just for the ease of it i would probably do it.

I know that feel all too well. The worst is when you sit down for a period of time and the pain wears off then you get up and forget and your legs are all stiff and won't move right
Yeah season just got underway two weeks ago and then we had off for labor day.

I enjoyed doing 5-3-1. Strength #s definitely went up and I added nice overall size, but I'm going back to my roots. Training more often and til failure, more focus on calisthenics. I love the size I have, now it's time to shift back into shred mode.

Caps are just annoying to read lol. There's a stigma attached to em. We're all different and aren't going to go about this the same. There's no cheat sheet to fitness perfection. As much as it pains the science junkies, health nuts, or hippies, everyone's gonna do them. Offering constructive criticism or feedback is always welcome. Some need to man/woman the eff up and not be overly sensitive. At the same time, we do have people who take it a step further and they know who they are.

As long as everyone's making gains and there's a good flow of information/intelligent discussion streaming thru...everything's gravy.
