I hear you, Ive been trying to get big as possible without looking like a beached whale. Just at my height its hard to walk around at anything over 200. Its crazy though, Im watching these vids on babyslayer and he is a monster. Bulked all the way to 385And I'm at 219lb...
Yeah you never know though cant judge a book by its cover. I do like using bumper plates though, 315 looks like about 500lbsbro, if i could OHS 225lbs, id be looking like Rich Fronning
nah thats a 95lbs i believe....i usually max out my 1 rep OHS at about 125lbs
its a challenging move, not much to do with strength or how much you can actually do, but more of a propper form.....there is dudes in my class who are in great shape and can lift very heavy, that could barely OHS 65lbs
KSteezy those weights confuse me, thats not 225 right?
Looks like a good meal
whats most impressive, to me, is that forearm and wrist flexibility to support that weight. crazy.
If you have you're form right, the brunt of the weight is in the "rack" position. You're not supposed to support weight with your forearms or wrist, that will lead to injury.
Ive heard some people talk about discomfort when it comes to the placement of the bar on their front delts, they say it feels like theyre about to pass out lolCorrect, arms are only a guide, if you feel the weight is going forward you lift your elbows to keep your back straight.
Lol guess you have to be part of the "in crowd" in this thread to get questions answered. It's all good though. Will Google some good bodybuilding forums to check out...

Can someone recommend me a mass gainer? Trying to bulk up this winter. I tried the over eating thing but it's a lot harder than it sounds...lol
Dat der development
Wow, good job bruh. What's your routine and diet like? Haven't been in this thread in a while cause I'm just starting back after suffering a back injury last year. Trying to gain during the winter...
Basically trying to get a good bulk diet and routine list. Already been eating clean and taking my whey protein with almond milk since Sept 4th but I don't think eating enough. Also looking for some other energy boosting carbs other than bananas cause I've been killing those lately...lol
