Jason is a damn hater though and has a **** physique and annoying voice. That said I cant wait to see what CT says about this. I wonder if Mike Rashid claims he's natural because he's bigger then most of those guys, besides Kali which is a joke.

Hopefully CJ is really natural because Id be happy with his size.

pretty much nowadays if you are dry you're not natty lolol I don't even care anymore really, If I didn't care about my long term health and now screwing my up sex drive I`d probably be juicing .

id def try the juice if i didnt have high cholesterol and being paranoid about my heart :x

nothing wrong with juice, you still gotta put in A LOT of work and eat a lot for it to work so its not like you inject and you get muscles.

Monday - Chest/Rear Delts/Traps
Tuesday - Day off/Option
Wednesday - Back/Core/Calves
Thursday - Shoulders/Traps
Friday - Arms/Core
Saturday - Day off/Option

One more week of my current routine, then it's 5 days a week.

Going to hit core 3x a week since I realized my core was weak today.

Did Standing DB Press with 35s, and my core really couldn't handle it for the amount of sets I wanted to do.

Abs/Lower Back training, so I can hopefully hit that 405 for reps area.

Also going to develop 2 separate routines under the same guidelines. 7 weeks on 1 routine, and a delay week. Then use the other routine for 7 weeks, and a deload week.

Going to bump calories up to 3500 as well... I can't wait bruh.
Why do you need two different routines? No need to reinvent the wheel

Might do 1 routine 1 week, then do the other the next.

Or I'll do the 8 on, 8 off way.

Man it's gotten to the point where I don't know if cats are hating because they have trash genetics or literally everyone juices EVERYONE gets called Fake Natty. Ol dude in te pics failed a drug test but they said he failed due to one of the ingredients in the Craze preworkout LOLOLOL

oh I'm sure he is still claiming that. but iirc he tested positive in his last comp and was dq'd. i don't know if it's achievable, being that ripped with that amount of fullness and size. although I've also never seen him in person, so pics can be deceiving and he could be much smaller in real life.

dunno how lean you have ever gotten but when you are tight you appear bigger also

i would not say riches is huge........................he def looks natural but you never know these days

yea Lucky.................anyone who is big or ripped will get accused these days. its flattering for me.
