Whenever  I do paused reps, I find it hard to go back to a regular tempo. I want to pause on everything

I've been doing all my close grip stuff paused now and it feels goooooood.

Its crazy how weak I am on incline in comparison to flat though. I'm going to concentrate on bringing it way up over this cycle.

There was an article on t-nation not too long ago talking about how improving your military press or incline bench will positively effect your flat bench more than anything.

Yep and Id rank close grip right up there too.

But eating and working on form is numero uno.

Any one yall do the JM press? Been doing it instead of CGBP last month seen good results from it. Hell all of the exercises John meadows "creates" are awesome
 
That hate shrugging is having my forearms/biceps/traps feeling some kind of way. Off to squat tomorrow, will be attempting 605 for the first time in a while as my overwarm single.
 
Strained a pec, and a glute...

Not in the same exercises lol. I know how I strained my glute, but my pec... I'm not sure. It's tight when I left, and it only affects one side, so any barbell presses are uneven. Dumbbells still have solid form though...

Still lifting heavy, but being more mindful of how I set up.
