I eat clean everyday but Sunday..I started SL 5x5 last december and made some nice gains while losing A TON of body fat. I haven't noticed a difference in a few months, so I feel I should start incorporating a run.^
All that running wont do **** if your diet is meh, remember.

I remember the first time I pulled over 600. It was the first time I had made my shins bleed, tore up my shin through my sock. I tried for 633 the next pull but couldn't break the floor. I locked out 633 my next comp but got two reds (one side judge admitted a mistake and the head judge was a moron).
I want to pull 600 asap.

Lol so I deadlifted 250 for the first time today. Wasn't easy, but I did it.
255 felt like it was a part of the floor.
