Lin is solid overall but he's so infuriating with his timing. Good teams can't count on him to do good when they need him to, bad teams can't count on him to be bad when they need him to :smh:

This is messed up but true.

I always laugh at "he's on a bad team". He's PART of what is bad. If he's so good he should look like a god. Look at Empty stats all time leader Kevin love.

I don't remember racially charged hate for Yao Ming

Dudes hated that Yao Ming got automatic All Star spots because of the country of China

The same way dudes hated on Kobe getting a legacy All Star spot this year

What were Chris Bosh's numbers on the Raptors?

The LeBron effect is real. :nerd:

You're deviating from my point. If a good player is on a bad team that player would look like the next MJ stat wise. Lin was NEVER good. Love looked like the best PF ever on the Wolves and now is just good.

I don't think the Lin hate is because people don't like Asians. But if he wasn't Asian no one would know his name and he wouldn't have gotten that contract from the rockets

Lin is a decent starter, good back up. I'm not sure what you guys expect out of him. Maybe the salary and contract structure raised expectations.

call me crazy, but the lakers got a solid bench rotation...too bad they are starting
ed davis, jordan hill, clarkson, lin, wes, wayne...those would be nice bench players on any team. these guys would be good 10-15 minutes/gm
just got to get them a starting 5 to do the heavy lifting

not sure if scott is the right guy for this type of rebuilding

Not bad

Lin contract is a byproduct of restricted free agency, they didn't give it to him because he's asain.

The fact that people really belive that should tell you something.
