Think they'd beat a lot of squads.

Looks like a decent line-up of games today.

UCONN vs Memphis and Pitt vs UNC.

Florida vs. Kentucky at 9.
VCU/SLU phenomenal matinee. Picking Shaka's squad to pull the "upset." 4.5 point dogs on the road.

UCONN 5 point favorites at home. Prove them wrong, Pastner. Need a strong game from Goodwin, close to a double-double.

WVU/TEX and OSU/ILL.

Your boy got Hoboken on the slate for tonight. I'll be peaking at the TV's for UF/UK at Pourhouse.

Goodwin is an underrated young big, probably my favorite player on this current Memphis squad. Just needs to hit the glass a bit harder.

VCU is always in that sneaky team category.

St. Louis defends very well and they're relatively unknown, disrespected by the rest of the country. Under should hit, low scoring affair. Graham and Reddic lead the way with 32-35 points combined. VCU won 7 of 8. Beat their last ranked opponent at UVA. Did lose to SLU twice last year creating some trepidation.

Johnson and Crawford with two quick fouls apiece. Change the rule to 6 for '14-'15. My least favorite player on the squad is Geron Johnson. He always wants the ball and forces the issue. Favorite is Dixon from his time at Mizzou. Iverson and King on the way. Pastner can recruit with the best.

Man, you guys are a lot higher on KU's Final 4 chances than I am. (Maybe I am just pessimistic after Monday's game)...but the PG situation really scares me. If Tharpe is off, I could totally see KU losing in the Sweet 16 (AGAIN)....

And then there's Wiggins...and he- ...well you guys already know.

Embiid's injuries...

We will see. Still a month or so until Selection Sunday (AKA Christmas).

Napier is that dude

He's a bit trigger happy from the 3 at times, but dude was a stud today.

New career high in points while helping UCONN notch its 20th win of the season...:smokin

Great win!!!!

Now on to SMU and Louisville--the former of the two I really want us to crush... >:

Edit:

Just checked out the stats for the game, and UCONN wouldn't have pulled this W without the stellar free- throw shooting and Boatright's performance.

We know Bazz is gonna get his, but BRight's performance today was really good.

What happened to Omar Calhoun? Can't remember the last time I've actually seen him play.
He's in Ollie's doghouse. Wasn't shooting well and for a one-dimensional player, the jumper needs to fall otherwise you're ceding minutes to Kromah and Giffey. I'm disappointed Facey hasn't seen more burn under Ollie.

We're on the same page about PG play especially with opponents that press, accentuating the need for steady ball handling and decision making.

On a side note, let Greene and Traylor cook.

i'm there, bounce is nice but not sure if it's the best bet IMO

good games next sat also
I'm open to other options.

Malta: Get that group chat started, brotha.

And the rivalry just became real between UCONN and Memphis.

Tempers flaring and ishhh...:lol

...
Memphis clearly didn't forget the 10 point loss at home in January. Goodwin and Nichols didn't give enough inside. Didn't defend Napier and Boat well enough. 6 assists for Boatright, must be an error in the box score.

Champ why do you like the Memphis coach so much?
Arizona assistant. Admire his work ethic. Top notch recruiter.

Bazz plays up to the level of competition. Today, game winner against UF, etc. Fills up the stat sheet.

6 in a row :smokin

UNC finally starting to click. Bring on FSU.
Proud of Brice and JMM today. Patterson struggled, 5-15 from the field. Thumb probably bothering him, maybe a little Syracuse hangover.

Omar Calhoun has been dealing with a concussion the last two weeks or so. It hasn't helped that he lost his shot. Dude couldn't guard a chair.

Great win today. Was at the game, UConn's first OT win in Hartford vs. a ranked opponent since '91 if you can believe that.

Bazz is on another level. :smokin

And Champ, I'm disappointed Ollie hasn't unleashed Facey at all this year. Kid has talent. Ollie's rotations make zero sense at times.

My coworker interviewed him and his New Year's resolution was to get more minutes.

Brannen Greene out for KU today due to "irresponsible behavior" ...second game in a row a KU player is out because of that...

Is it really that difficult to not be an idiot and do the right thing?
