***** really going Ron act like Marcus Paige wasn't the #1 PG in his class....and NOT projected as a lotto pick?

:rollin

Theo Pinson not the #10 overall player in the country....and projected as a lotto/first round pick?

I'm talking about coming out of HS going into college. I remember what the mocks and scouts were saying.

I goofed on Meeks though. Don't even know why I included him :lol

post the mock drafts if you can find them.

because I guarantee you'll never find one with Paige in the lotto or theo pinson.

your logic is flawed anyway. #10 player in the country is automatically lotto? wtf?

what happened to the other players that returned to school but still were projected high? The international players?

Lemme guess pinson was projected 10th right? cause he was the 10th best player coming outta HS huh?

Just because Paige was #1 PG in his class he's automatically projected as a lottery pick? What the ****?

Hard to find the mocks when they get updated....you know. After those highly touted guys come to UNC and get exposed as 4 year players....and their stock goes down.

But hey. Let's pretend like those highly coveted recruits weren't considered possible first round picks.

The players UNC been getting might have had high rankings but very few of them were/are seen as NBA type prospects coming outta high school and throughout college

If you wanna make any argument bout UNC recruiting is that they missing out on the true "stars" and immediate impact players..those players going to Duke, Kentucky, Kansas etc everywhere but Carolina basically :lol

Wavy has to be using Paul Biancardi ESPN trash rankings these takes :rollin :rollin

MP was ranked in the top 30's 2011 had no PG's expect for Dunn and Slow mo if you want count him as a point

Theo had to work hard to get back in the Top 25

Since Barnes Justin Jackson is the only top 10 guy UNC has got & Hicks and Tony being the only Top 20 players

I believe Pinson finished top 20 in the last scout rankings. Just remember him finishing ahead of Booker and Grayson

McAdoo was a top 5 recruit as well

Also, Yogi was in that 2012 class with Paige as well

Unc is done getting number 1 classes while Roy is there. He refuses to go young on his bench, them old fools going in those kids houses nowadays and they can't relation. All they can talk about is tradition. Youngest dude on that bench is H. Davis...meanwhile down the street is a staff full of cats 40 and younger and constistenly pulling in big time talent.

Roy refuses to change and that's ok.

I still don't understand why 7th woods went to UNC
wanted him to go somewhere where he can put up shots and attack in transition, aint eem matter if it was a big time shool or not :lol

Shoulda gone to the other carolina

Carolina thrives in transition. :lol

He'd still be behind Dozier. Better he get experience playing against Berry to be real.

y'all can have tyler thornton, quinn cook, and tyus jones with the addition of nolan smith on the sidelines in suits.

no transition on the bench tho...n he def woulda been in SC's rotation, rather he get real in game experience than practicing with Berry :lol
