Basically Cowherd was saying "he can't win the fourth game" and he has all these pros always but he should have more Final Fours and Championships.
I said it a few days ago and I'll say it again...judging coaches completely on a one-game elimination tournament where only four schools reach a significant goal and then only one school reaches the highest goal is ludicrous.

Dean Smith - Made it to six Final Fours before finally winning the title on his 7th visit.
Coach K and Roy Williams - Made it to four Final Fours before finally winning the title on their 5th visits.
Bill Self - Went to four Elite 8s before finally winning it on his 5th visit...(and continues to struggle in the Eilte
Jay Wright - Continues to struggle in the 2nd round/first weekend.
Sean Miller - Hasn't been to a Final Four.
John Calipari - Been to 6 Final Fours, only won it once.
I mean, what kind of standard are we holding these coaches to if THIS is what we're focusing on? Good grief.
With this information, I'd argue it's not the coach's problem...it's just how the NCAA Tournament is.

Kentucky has 8 championships in 114 years of basketball. They're pretty damn difficult to win. I'm just grateful Cal has us in position to contend for them pretty much every year.
