There were nice scrambles. It was a back and forth wrestling match with nice reversals. Don't know how one can say that, chaels face was purple

tito tapping and chael moving to the next position. these guys basically went through this and executed it
even while watching the fight last night, it just seemed fixed. maybe, it's just me. think tito threw one shot on the ground but it was basically two guys grappling making sure nobody gets further brain damage
bellator still wins since i believe this event did really well as far as ratings

But the non striking is kind of a 50/50 thing , I see your point but at the same time we've seen matches where it's kind of instant grapple/wrestle to sub
Three years off will take a toll on anyone let alone an old man who's cycled off of trt. Might have to do with how the fight looked to our eyes

Darce was pretty deep and instead of working towards finishing it, he just lets it go. That was what really jumped out to me watching it live.
I also thought the RNC Tito won with was sketchy. It wasn't even in...you can finish someone like that, but it becomes more of a neck crank/jaw breaker. It's extremely rare to tap someone with one of those in MMA.

no way was he gassed out trying to apply that darce choke
it was like here's the plan...
tito you be aggressive and go for a takedown
chael will defend and apply a submission which you fight out of near the brink of defeat only to win with your own submission
just dont hurt each other
maybe, i've watched enough old pride fights and listened to bas talk about guys taking dives but it just seemed "off"
how many ppl laid money on tito 1st rd submission

Chael kept switching between the darce and anaconda. Should have gator rolled on that anaconda when he was sprawled smh
